How do I start a job?
Open a tool, add the files from your device, choose any settings, and run the tool. Use the sample file to try the process first.
Where is my finished file?
After the task finishes, choose Download. Check your browser’s Downloads list or the folder you selected. If your device syncs that folder, it may also create a cloud copy.
What if my PDF is scanned or protected?
Try OCR to text for an English scan. If a PDF requires a password, use an authorised copy that your tools can open.
Why does the converted file look different?
Word export takes selectable text, PowerPoint puts each page on a slide as an image, and scanned PDF compression creates image-only pages. Review the output before sharing.
Why did a job stop?
Check the tool limits, then try fewer pages or a smaller batch. For device-specific errors, share the steps with support.
